help with a 2000 sv650s sitting for 6 years

Pictures of tool. They have other rods there. My fairings were abs. But some after market fairings people buy are PP. So look on the inside of fairing to see what plastic it is.PXL_20231212_145333266.jpgPXL_20231212_145317666.jpg

The welding staples you see or flush and grinded flat you cant feel them. I am going to add a light coat of finishing bondo or I might try and make a abs slurry and paint it over and do a light sand. If you are going to do this I would just use aluminum ducted tape on one side to keep the broken part from movong. skip the stapes or just use a couple fairing plastic is not thick enough for them to be used. Effectively.

I ordered 1kg fork springs for my fat ass lol. I am looking into a budget rearshock off a zx but that might mean reshaping the battery box and relocating the battery. So i might actually make the battery leads longer.

Im willing to help out fellow gta peeps with fiberglass repair if they provide materials too.

Hey guys, I was also thinking of printing petg fork emulators and putting a washer within in the print at a certain layers lol. do you think it will hold up with fork pressure and also fork oil engulfed in it?

so my 1kg springs from racetech are in the mail, you think for intermediate rider i can get away with just stiffer springs(no emulators) in the front and a 03 04 zx6r shock in the back. i am going to bring 05 06 cbr600rr if the sv get sketchy.

no updates guys, debating getting a 03 04 zx6r rear shock which the the right length for the 1st gen sv650 but i would have to butcher the undertray and move the battery higher. I did find a penske rear shock but 700 cad. Which is worth more then the bike lol.
