Help finding a low bike for my wife

Not on their website yet, but Apex in Waterloo just got a 7-8 year old HD Sportster 883 with something like 490km on it in stock. Guess the owner bought it, decided they didn't like riding after all and put it away. Might be an option... it's a very reasonable price, but I don't remember the exact figure ($5500-6K ish IIRC).
 
I'm 5'0 120 lbs and had my SV lowered in the front and rear, I also had my suspension adjusted. On the balls of my feet and quite comfortable!
 
I have two 400cc bikes that I will be selling sooner or later, the CB1-400 at lowest preload setting is low enough for my 5' wife to use,although she was more comfortable with the CBR 125 because of the weight.
The Bandit 400 is lower than the honda and still can be easily lowered by replacing the dog bones. (however it is still being reassembled)
