Also, it had to be left in there longer/overcooked (you can see that the crust is a little more burnt than usual)i dont know if I agree with that.. the Pizza company has a reputation they must stand behind, Imagine if you ate it, and everyone got sick becasue the food wasnt cooked properly.
they'd be looking at lawsuits. word of mouth spreads like wildfire, they could lose business.

having a company just blindly following orders because the "customer is always right " is actually wrong in this case.
pizza places have set times for certain pizzas to cook.

Just 4 of us. Meh...gotta live a little sometimes. IMO it's a better story to tell than spending $30 at a bar or something. A meal at a restaurant can easily cost more than 30 a person and wouldn't be nearly as interesting or funny.
