have credit with SON? NOPE! IT EXPIRED!!

go online and file a complaint with the ministry of consumer and business services.
 
I just called them to ask how long store credit is valid for. Left a msg, lets see if they respond.

EDIT: Just called back, its valid for one year from when it's issued.
