Has your Insurance gon up or down this year??

Should I even try to shop around? I pay $700 with SF full coverage on a 2007 Gsxr 600, oh I'm 25 clean and gm2 since 22.

Probably the best deal I could get.

Just got my Echelon renewal today.

Went from $692 to $703 for the year, and they deleted the "accident forgiveness" from my policy.

No claims made. Weird.

Time to call around. :)

.

TD wins again!

They beat Echelons rates.

Are you kidding?... 700$ for full coverage on a SS at 25 years old is beyond a great deal.
I'm paying 1800 for the same ****.

I am 23 (turn 24 next week) and I pay 1260 a year with sf for basic plpd. That's on a 04 cbr 600rr. G
m for 2 years. Can't wait to turn 25. Not sure about the bike but my truck drops from 124 a month to 74.

Just got off the phone with TD Home/Auto. My quote is about $120 less than Echelon for the same coverage. Going to see what SF has to offer. My home is with TD General and TD Home/Auto doesn't offer multi-line discounts because I am insured with a sister company. Do't understand that one, they split the companies, not me.

M, 24, GM2, M1 since June 2010. Ninja 250. Paid about $1400 for full coverage in season 1 but was excited hoping for a drop due to the 1 yr thing and no claims/tickets/clean record. Just saw the renewal papers in the mail and it went UP!!!??? No idea why. Needless to say, I'll be shopping around.

My State Farm premium has increased as well. Increases/decreases are due to a large number of reasons, such as:

- Inflation of claims costs
- More frequent claims
- Deteriorating claims statistics for people in your demographic
- etc.

I was paying $1770 for 2005 ZX-6R last year. I added a new Hyundai Accent Hatch to my SF policy, and it dropped to $1000....

I wonder if 2live&ride has something bundled in with his bike...

Banner year, house, cars and bike all went down.... love it when you don't live in and around T-dot

My polcy premium with Echelon went up to $1070 (from $978 )... after being with them for 4 years on my '08 GSF1250Bandit.

I cancelled... Or rather let them know I wasn't renewing and called around..

Went with TD/Primmum and now pay $865 for the exact same coverage.

So, really... My premium went down (After a couple of phone calls)

$205 in my pocket will buy me a few tanks of gas...

Last year I was paying ~$900 for my SV. 25 male, G2M.

I had a 100% not at fault accident last August. This year my premium is $2553. My Jevco rep says I'm now ranked with 'zero stars'. I can't imagine what I'd be paying if I WAS at fault ...

And ****ing right I'll be dropping Jevco.

Premiums on my 2 bikes did not increase this year.

Yeah... I though Jevco was a bike friendly co.
When I was shopping around they wanted just under $1500 for the same policy/coverage I'm paying $865 for from another co.
WTF...?
Regardless of the criteria ins know it alls sprew... It looks to me like sometimes these brokers/ins. co's just pull numbers outta their bums.

Well i changed machines but mine went from cheap to even cheaper .. had an 08 BKing @ $950 now an 11 M109R for $712 full coverage. 38 and 1 speeding 40 over no claims .. company is The Personal.
