Harley Davidson Leather "Motorclothes" - Fashion or Function?

I’m a safety course instructor. And just about every piece of HD “protective” gear is basically fashion Leather and paper maché, I would advise against most HD gear in general - have seen people go down at low speeds, and it just falls apart.

Stick with a reputable gear manufacturer is my suggestion.

I highly doubt any HD rider cares if you wear HD or not.

I got a giggle out of that, thanks. I've always assumed that the bikes would refuse to start if the rider wasn't wearing at least 1 piece of branded merch...
