Gym Etiquette Question

You're just being lazy and inconsiderate.

You're probably right...I'm not gonna lie. Still, though, after loading up a leg press to my max and going to failure on my working set, odds are good that I'm going straight to a mat to lie the hell down.

I always wipe the machine before I stumble off, though....so I consider this a wash. ;)

Haha! Fair enough. Hey, I can live with honesty. :)

I start leg pressing with at least 4 plates a side. I than increase the weight.....at one point I was starting with 10 plates and finishing off with 15-16 plates a side although I don't quite go that heavy any more. When I'm done I usually leave whatever number off plates I started with. Or at least 4 plates a side. Am I inconsiderate? I don't think so. If I might have to put on, worst care scenario, 20 plates (10 a side) just to START my set. I don't expect the person using it before me to put plates on for me so why should they expect me to take off plates for them?

I would have loved it if Ronnie felt the same way about leaving the weights on the machines....
