GTA to Buffalo airport shuttle?

As an example, my last trip put of Barffalo..I paid $286 all in, no baggage fees, to fly to Utah. The same trip from Pearson was $533 plus $100 in baggage fees each way. And the more people you have, obviously, the cheaper that drive looks! :-)
 
Thanks for the helpful suggestions everyone. I definitely think the wife and I will drive and park at the airport. I like the idea of driving on my own time schedule, and if the lots are secure as indicated than I won't have to worry so much.
