Good find! Their long weekend deals are pretty good for a lot of computer parts.
1000W PSU 80+ Gold Certified for 120$? Yes sir!

Dont forget that its Modular XD.

Sure beats the whining 450 in my main computer, lmao.
Once I get home I will order one, I hope there will still be stock available.
I bought the Fractal Design Define R3 from ncix to build my server in, such a nice case!! I highly recommend it.

That's a good price for WT, the regular screen one was selling at Canadian tire for as low as $50 recently.
The problem with this Garmin is that it's slow to respond and you can miss turns that way.
My friend had it for a year or so and replaced it with a TomTom, I forget which model but he's much happier with it.
Still, for the price, can't complain. I may even get it myself.

I have the same GPS - it's really nice. Bright enough to view in daylight.

You can also download a motorcycle sprite to replace the car animation on the GPS screeen from Garmin's website for free.

Went to a couple of store in Markham area, and was told all sold out at sale price. Regular price is available though. Such a typical Asian marketing scheme that they put only a couple available in each store and perhaps already sold to their friends/store employees before it was even available to the public.

picked this up back when staples had a door crasher on it--if it's the same model, i can't say that i recommend it. don't know the gps chip in it, but it's slower than my mio320 or curtis gpd. . .it maps places like davis drive as being off the map, and it stutters badly on frequent occasions.

pros: decent size screen, you get a fresh map update with purchase, and it's relatively light.

If you want cheap GPS's hit tigerdirect.ca and if I may recommend buy a waterproof one. The Garmin 500 or 550 is around $220 and you won't have to worry about rain.

btw, tiger direct doesn't have the 550 or 500 just cheap car gps's

I went to BestBuy today, asking for a price match. BB was very happy to do that, and they are actually selling it this long weekend at $94.99. So I showed them the website where NCIX posted the sale price, however today it is showing $199.99! Just last night it showed the item would be available till May25. So there was no price match for me.
I guess I will have to adjust myself and adapt to this new asian tricks in the 21th century from now on!

Actually went yesterday and my local CT has 255W for $78, same as the regular screen, also TomTom XXL, I forget which model (500 something with 5" screen) for $120.

The W and WT are different models. Whats the difference?

"The only difference between these two model designations would be that the 255WT includes a lifetime traffic receiver in the package, where a 255W does not."

And the difference between 265 and 255 is bluetooth. The w indicates wide screen.

I have one in my car.

The major problem I found was the auto zoom feature. And while you can download a route to it via mapsource, you can't create one on the GPS.

If you don't mind a refub unit tiger direct has a good selection. I got a Garmin 1490T there a few weeks ago for $129. It has 10 route capability and with a new Ram mount and Eastern Beaver wire kit I paid about $220 with taxes and shipping in total for the system.

Save up for something you can program routes into. Or you'll regret it. Like I did.
+1 I just bought a used 255w hoping for custom route capabilities without doing my research 1st. I can manage to make due with adding waypoints, but that takes some extra time when programing. I just prefer to use motowhere at my convenience and upload it to the gps so now im on the hunt for a second unit. Only thing i like about it is free map updates via torrents:)
