GPS suitable for Motorcycles

550 has a universal mounting kit sold separately. You'll also need a few extra ram mount pieces, depending on how you want to mount it.

Best (for money) GPS lap timer?

Preferably something with display and non-hard wired in?

Thanks a lot...Radio World is very near to me...I am going to check them tomorrow. Thanks again for great suggestions..

gpscentral.ca beats most radioworld prices...

this is true. Most online places beat radioworld's price by a few bucks. The advantage is you get everything right then and there instead of waiting for shipping! It just depends on how fast you need it.

I'm looking at a 60csx for my next GPS. Currently use an app on my iPhone. Works great so far. My next GPS is going to take me to Dempsters Hwy and then down to Ushuaia.

I've ordered from gpscity.ca before, great service and decent prices, and they're CDN.

Is it worth getting the 220 over the 550? extra 200$ ........ im just worried about durability due to vibration.

Thanks

Got my nuvi 550 + all my mounts there for $300

I'm going to hardwire it in next month when I have the time as the only downside(but true to most gps) is battery life.

I bought a 9$ USB port charger at CT and took me 10 minutes to install it on my bike lol.
Charges my phone on long trips. :D

Nuvi 550 + RAM cradle + RAM Mount w/ SS u-bolt for handle bars will come in under $290 shipped from gpscentral.ca

Try gpscity.com or .ca they are located in Calgary.
