GPbikes return policy

I wore a hole in the shift area of my Icon boots, Called them, shipped them back and they exchanged them no ? asked.
Great service IMO

"Subject to"...

If they order a non-stock item for one customer, it would be "Subject to"... If a customer causes a fuss at the counter, they might be "subject to"...

I have been dealing with GP Bikes for years, back when they were a small store in Ajax (long before they expanded the Ajax location) I've never had a problem with them. Always had nothing but the best service from them!

Fitting place as any to add this. Bought a Gerbing's heated jacket two weeks ago, before the current no tax sale. Stopped by today to pick up the temp. troller and asked if I could get a credit for the tax, they did it without issue. Couldn't be happier

Stark contrast to an experience at Royal Distributing. Spent about $600 there. The very next day one of the items went on sale, about $50 difference. Asked for a credit, was very rudely denied by the manager at the Oshawa location

Those are the experiences that make or break a customer relationship.

All shops have standard terms on returns for special ordered items, for dick-wad customers like OP who dive head first into something on nothing but a whim.
