Got back from Tail of the Dragon

Just a quick update. Got back from Tail of the Dragon last night. Was there for whole week with 3 other bikes (trailered them down there). All I have to say is WOW. Might as well sell the bike now cause every road down here now is boring and straight. Did all the other amazing roads over there as well. Beautiful, just amazing scenery.
Rode my new '09 CBR down there. Thing was flawless. Had new Dunlop Q3's on it. Tires are amazin, never failed on me once. Knees down scrapping on turns. Have GoPro videos and professional photos. Will update with photos after work today.
If you haven't been down there then you should really consider to make a trip. Wouldn't recomend to noobs though.

Anyone who has been there seen or heard of the guy who rides yellow Honda Goldwing around the Dragon? He charges people $60 to follow and video record their run. He keeps up to any bike.
He happened to be behind me and I tried to get away from him....lol this guy owned me so hard and I couldn't catch him for the life of it.

Just got back a few hours ago myself, Left last Friday did 2 days down, rode around all week then left Saturday and did 2 days back. I love the entire area.

How was Fontana Village? I haven't stayed there since 05.

Really liked the place. Beautiful area. Guys that I went with stayed there a couple times now.
Can not wait till next year again. Plan is to do The Snake road. It's 3 hours away from the Dragon.
