Good haircut place in Richmond hill?

Bicced my head for about six months in highschool, the amount I spent on razors would have paid for plenty of cuts. If I remember right, a Mach3 blade was good for two or three shaves. Shaving every other day, that adds up.

Learn to use a straight blade.

Wtf is wrong with people? I must have a head of steel. I use a Mach3, I shave my face and head every other day, I change my blade about every month.

$40 for a full set of clippers. 4 on top, 2 on the sides. All through grade 12 and first year and a half of university.

Can someone recommend a good brand of clippers to use at home? I don't want to pay someone to buzz my hair when I can do it myself.

The one I had was by Wahl. under $40 at crappy tire and still works fine.

asian hair should be cut by asian people.

No insult; do u spend more time in the washroom than your gf?
No clue. I take 25 minutes - I'm sure some take less and some take more.

In order of quality: Wahl, Remington, Andis

They're all the same at the end of the day, if all you want to do is buzz your head. You can't mess up when there's a clip on it. Just get whatever's cheapest at wal-mart and make sure you lube the blades after every use. It'll last you an easy 5 years. The only difference between the higher-end and the lower-end clippers is that if you have long hair, you can chop it all off in one go. With the latter, you have to go down 2 clips so your clippers don't get jammed (which shouldn't be an issue if you shave your head every couple of weeks, anyway).

Imo, it's the t-razors, bald shavers, beard trimmers, straight razors, etc. that are worth spending on.

Phillips has an AWESOME manscaping kit. 6 or 7 different heads, one of which is a nose hair trimmer.

find an old Italian guy

Sam's Barber Shop
573 St Clair Av W Toronto, ON M6C 1A3

Sam has been cutting hair since he was a child in Italy.
He is close to retirement, but at his prime, he was the best in the whole GTA
Right now he is probably still in the top 3 barbers in Toronto

Speaking of manscaping:

Still looking for a place? if ur willing to go a little East:

Go see Peter @ Executive Hair Salon, Sheppard & Birchmount; Great place, all Italians, and Peter's the owner. Its unisex ("Salon's" make more $$ from women), but started out as a barber shop.

$20 gets you a cut, wash and an espresso.

20-30 bucks for a mens cut is ridiculous...
I dunno wtf type of hairstyles you guys rock but no way in hell am I paying that much for someone to run a machine on my head for less than 10 minutes...
Hell, if I could line up the back I'd do it myself.
