Good dealer to buy a ninja 300 from?

If the Ninja 300r abs is $6,500 compared to $6,100 for the CBR 250r abs. I think the Ninja 300r is the better option for the extra $400 +/-.

Ohio, like many other states, will not charge you tax if you're exporting. If it's a private sale, you'd probably have to fill out some paperwork stating your intentions to export when getting the title transferred to your name. Through a dealership, it should be easier and they should be able to issue you the title without any export forms. I can speak to the process in Ohio because I bought my current bike in Cleveland. And, of course, you're paying our taxes when you bring the bike through our importation process.

Many manufacturers, and consequently the dealerships, won't sell new bikes for export. It's not based on any laws, it's their particular policy (Honda is the big one in this area). If you go through the Importing a Bike thread, you'd also see some people encountered problems with trying to buy a new Kawasaki, so buying a new Ninja 300 in the US may not be a simple, straightforward option (despite manufacturer restrictions, some dealerships may be willing to take the risk for the sale).
