Good dealer to buy a ninja 300 from?

Was just quoted $6151 OTD on red Ninja 300 (NON-ABS) At Pickering Motorsports.

Seems high, that's what you should be paying for the ABS model

Why not buy it from the US? You'd save at least $1000!
You can't import a brand new bike from the USA. Needs to be xx months old.

Going by MSRP, after tax:

Non-ABS ($5299 MSRP) - $5987
ABS ($5799 MSRP) - $6553
I stand corrected, could've swore Snow City gave me a quote of less than 6k otd, must've not been listening (I was staring at the 636) most of the time ;)

Since when?
Was doing some work for a dealer, brings tons of bikes from the USA. He had a customer ask him for a 2013 S1000RR and he said that you can't import brand new bikes, cross border import restrictions. He made him a deal on a 2012 and off he went.

That's what I was thinking. Buy from the US and Save Your Money! unless you find some good deals at dealers around Ontario.

That is a lot of coin for a 300!

I think its crazy paying that price

I agree but with FI, slipper clutch, extra 50cc well there's where the extra $1k is coming from.

You really need a slipper clutch for the street....and for 300cc. lol

Buy a 2012 cbr250, spend the $2000 savings on your track bike/days xtina.

I'm not saying you need it persay but it's there. Just saying why the small ninja went up in price.

Places I have bought bikes:
St Paul, MN
Indianapolis, IN
Rome, GA
Cleveland, Oh

Do you want to save money?

I find it comical that Barrie too far when purchasing a motorcycle, but the eventual 700km Algonquin Park rides are acceptable.

I could go to the States but they aren't much cheaper down there. Factor in gas, and wear and tear on the car it comes out to about the same.
