Good dealer to buy a ninja 300 from?

My experience with Kahuna is horrible as well ... Definietely a NO NO .. If you want to take a little drive ... you should deal with St. Onge REcreation in Barrie, its a bit far but the customer service I received from them during my purchase of my 2013 ZX6R 636 was amazing !! My sales guy is named Fernando ... Top notch sales man and very very friendly as well. I don't think you can go wrong with them !

To the people recommending St Onge in Barrie, they wouldn't budge in 2010 on a new 250, and they wouldn't order the colour I wanted either because they had one they were trying to move. Ended up going to Edge Performance in Bradford.

Interesting !

I will be going to Edge for my break in check up, and any work that i won't be able to do myself :) .. Spoke to them on the phone and they seem very friendly, and willing to help !

I had a good experience with Edge. I went there for an inline fuel filter and some odds and ends.

In passing I mentioned that I had damaged one of the straps on my Cortech saddle bags. The parts guy took to the garage and pointed at some straps that are used to hold ATV's and bikes during travel in the crates. I said they would work and how much. He said nothing and gave me a couple.

Can't complain with customer service like that!

I went to the bike show yesterday, stopped by the Kahuna booth to check out the Ninja 300 SE. One of the sales guy comes up to me and asks what I'm riding/where did I buy it from. I tell him I got a Ninja 300 from Todd in St. Onge.

He then questions me about the deal that I got (MSRP+tax), that Todd used to work with them and about the time when he wiped out a brand new bike (totally irrelevant), at that point I was like kthxbai.

Todd's service was great, I recommend the guy. I could care less if he can't ride lol.

LoL.... that sounds the exact same as what happened to me....

I can't remember the name of the guy at the January show, but when i approached him to ask him some questions about the new 2013 636, i said i already purchased one, and when i said it wasn't from Kahuna, the guy said I got ripped off, and immediately ignored from then on ..

Poor Customer service from Kahuna....even at bike shows.

Im dealing with todd from st onge. My bike is already at the dealership and I will be picking it up next saturday. I got an excellent price at st onge. Kahuna didnt beat st onge price.

I concure staynaway from Kahuna. Horrible customer service there, i wouldnt buy anything there if they gave me the best deal ever.

Even though Im not in the market for Kawasaki now I was browsing, I stopped by at Edge Performance in Bradford. The guy was very nice and I told him I was just looking but he was very informative on his bikes and had no problem letting me sit on them.

Strange I ordered a 2013 ZX6R in green, they had a black one and a white one coming in, but still ordered a green one for me...Gave me a great deal and got the bike in about 3 weeks for me...

+1 for edge performance in bradford. great people. it's also where gtam got our 250 group buy done in 2008!

Did you try motorsportspickering ON HWY7 at Lakeridge. I dunno they might be willing to wheel and deal as they are a small shop.

Guys here are super friendly and down to earth. My next bike will be from them for sure. Just got a quote on a new 636 from them and was pleasantly surprised :)

Also they have a couple of the 300's in stock ready to rock. I was there on Saturday.
