Let me just say that I can put back a couple combos, with a few things off the value menu.

And if you cut that down or out you will lose weight without effort.
Drink lots of green tea with food but not 3 hours before bedtime.
Try it for a week....no sugar or milk, large green tea
you can make ice-t with frozen berries drink at work.
