God damn Yahoo Mail

ICQ is still popular! I still have my account :D
I still have my number memorized (I think... haven't really tried to remember it for awhile) but forgot the password ~10 years ago. Tried to get back into my account ~5 years ago and could never figure it out. Email address I had on the account is long since gone.

Since when did people actually use Yahoo email? Only people I ever knew that used it were from China or India.

Anyone with a rogers account is using yahoo. Its why I switched.

Like I said, in todays market, only suckers pay for cloud storage, email, and standard software. Partly why MS and Google make all that money…...

OK, some commentary to your commentary!

Everybody wants stuff for free but we seldom question what it means to get something for free. Today's quotable moment is a reflection on what it means when a company gives it all away.

For free? Only through forwarding..which is a bandaid solution. If you wanna point your MX record to Google you gotta pay for Business Apps.
Nope... you can make gmail suck down your other email using POP3
Gmail reads and records all your information for personal use though.
hahah.. so? You don't think your ISP is not reading all your emails?

You guys are confusing me. I'm actually one of only two computer illiterate people left on the planet. I don't actually run a business through Yahoo, but my boss often sends me blueprints, quotes etc. I've left Yahoo, gone back to gmail, free but no issues for the three years I used them. I really need to learn more about computers, it's embarrassing. Lol

Microsoft: "Yes, we can search your email (like Hotmail and Outlook) anytime we want, for any reason we want, without a Court Order"

Just so we start to understand what "free email" means...

That moment when you realize you've been turning tricks for free and are a dirty, dirty, cheap whore. :(
