Finishing trades come late in the construction schedules. The excavators and foundation trades get hit first.
 
Nothing I’m involved in appears to be slowing and lead times are still bordering on stupid , but the BoC probably has a better handle on a forecast of a recession than me . I like the phrase soft landing , no clue what happens with that

Soft landing is dependent on whether you have a soft head or soft arse and which you land on. Then it's whatever way the football bounces. The BOC knows these things.
