Just note that cranberry juice has more pucker power than lemon juice. What we usually get is cocktail and it's mostly apple / grape juice. Good chart though and I will look at the concepts closer.

IMO the biggest factor in obesity is that fat, sugar and flour are a very versatile trio when it comes to making food. A little variation in proportions and cooking methods and they are easily made into too large a portion on our diet.
 
I'm not a fan of intermittent fasting. I think people have the wrong idea of how IF works. MSRP, you mention that you will eat breakfast and then not eat all day. Not much different then IF. So how is that working for you.

Since your body does not know when your next meal is, it is storing fat. Every time you eat, it takes a little and stores it away. You need to accelerate your metabolism. Once your metabolism is active, that is hen IF comes into play. But I think a little complicated and thus won't get into. You would have to do the research.

Hopefully, I'm not coming across as preaching, that's definitely not what I wanna do nor do I have the energy to go back and forth with such.
Just listing my '1-step back' from real actual IF.

I've been doing the 2-meal-a-day, ~6 days a week, for the past 4-5 years and I loooooooooooove it.
Started with the real IF regiment of only a 6-8h feeding window, but I've relaxed it to loosely 12h on/off or breakfast at 630am, + dinner and all sorts of junk (if I want) between dinner and going to sleep at 11pm. My body has adjusted, and knows NOT to freak out when I'm hungry between meals.
Not needing to buy/eat lunch has been amazing for mental clarity, discipline, and freeing up cash MONEY for moto trips. Win, win, win.

I actually started this whole journey by supporting a colleague going through Ramadan and doing no food/water during daylight hours. From that month onwards, I've been tailoring the principle to what will work for me long term. If you are in a physical/medical/mental state that would permit such experimenting, give it a shot and confirm who's boss with your body.

Sidenote, I actually just ate my breakfast today 3 hours later than I normally do. Slept late, fell back asleep for 40 mins after my alarm (never happens to me normally), and I had to pack my lunch for consumption at work. I know ****'s off today, so I'll probably just take it easy and do a long sauna session at lunch/after work instead of lifting. Back on track tomorrow first thing!

Sugar, white flower, cocaine, salt. All highly processed. Stay away from, or minimize.
BTW, brown sugar most times is white sugar with molasses added back in after.

I know easier said then done.

omg they were good, only 1 left. First breakfast was 3 slices of low salt bacon + 1 slice of back bacon, 1 egg, good bread toast, coffee & orange juice plus an orange a little later, have to start thinking about lunch soon.
 
So my Mr. Noodles Spicy Chicken soup is no good....damnit....it's so delicious!

It has to be a persons metabolism, I can not possibly gain weight by eating I have to both exercise and eat to excess to gain weight, it's a curse. I could eat his chicken soup and your broccoli too, it wouldn't matter, we could go out to the Keg tonight and I'd still be ready for a steak and potatoes veggies and a huge amount of chocolate something before bed.

@Trials go wolf down a double big Mac super size combo everyday, twice a day minimum for a month. I'll bet you an Africa Twin you will expand like the rest of us....if you survive that long anyways.
