Just note that cranberry juice has more pucker power than lemon juice. What we usually get is cocktail and it's mostly apple / grape juice. Good chart though and I will look at the concepts closer.
IMO the biggest factor in obesity is that fat, sugar and flour are a very versatile trio when it comes to making food. A little variation in proportions and cooking methods and they are easily made into too large a portion on our diet.
