Dollarama sells the sticky kind, 4 for $1.
It sounds like you still havent found the source. You can kill as many as you want, but without finding the source, you aren't going to be doing much.

i had a problem with them at my old house.
turned out the pipes under the basement were old clay pipes. they were cracked and broken.
somehow these little ****ers came from the drains. there were trillions of them after we opened up the concrete.
hopefully you just have some food hiding somewhere and not a serious situation like mine.
But it could be a sign of bad things.

Well after a week of flyswatter beat downs, jar with food bits all over my house, and I finall bit the bullet and pulled out the Raid, I finally see some reduction in the number of flies in my house!! So glad, I was getting sick of sleeping with the blankets over our heads
