A couple of days ago i was thinking that i might try to go down in the afternoon.My street in Waterloo this morning is a skating rink!
I just got off work at 7:00 am,and the only cold thing i want is a Corona. :)

If my boss was not from dover i might have call in sick and gone. No more time off till april :(
 
I did Dover in January years ago. It was a nice ride except for the spots with blowing snow that were all icy. Laughed my *** off at the crowd. Thousands of people dressed up like bikers, maybe 100 bikes and probably 1000 toyota corollas. I've never seen so many corollas in one place. Todays a good day for the SM guys to practice, anything bigger would be quite a handful.

Funny, I just opened the link to see the live feed, there was 10-15 second ad after which the feed started. First thing I see is what appeared to be a Harley Sportster or something of the type going up on the street, haha :)
 
I've had the camera feed open on my monitor, while I'm working...I've seen the odd bike. Less than 10, for sure, that I've seen.

My daughter and I rode in Jan.. from Cambridge,, so a little over an hour ride..We dressed in our snowboarding gear... and when we walked in the bar,, everyone dressed in leather, we stood out like a SKIER! lol It was her first year as a lic. rider so she just couldn't miss riding herself . A lot of folks came over and hugged and congratulated her for being a "trooper!"

Its funny when you would see everyone in their leathers and just know that they drove there. lol
