You should have made a run for it. If they don't place the ticket on your windshield, it gets tossed. I've done this and it worked. Was waiting at a curb for a friend when I had to take a leak. Thought I would just be a minute so I left without paying for parking into a coffee shop. When I returned a bicycle cop was writing me up so I jumped in and gunned it out of there with a split second to spare. I almost ran over her bicycle when I backed up and barely had enough room to pull out into traffic. I got a bit nervous the rest of the day and was half expecting a cop car waiting for me at home but no such thing. The moral of this story: Who dares, wins!
i did in ran in the pass,the ticket girl was trying to run after me and reaching for my wiper lol and i never did see that ticket.
but this time i had my door open ready to get in than the shi#fac# just pop up standing right by my winshield and ask me "why you have no buy ticket?" i said "i just came back from timmies and got change" than" he said "you have no ticket " then just slip the ticket under my wiper.what a motherfu### .
so anyone knows if 11b applys to parking tickets? lol is been 2 years why they take me to trial now? wtf
