Fortnine dropped the ball.

DHL from Europe is fast. Ordered an exhaust from Italy took 6 days, something else from Denmark took 4. And they text you with the duty amount prior to delivery with a link to prepay so no surprises at the door.

Regarding F9, ordered parts on Monday night arrived this morning.
They gave me a constant feed of email re shipping, but I don't text, so I got the duty slap at the door. No biggie, I'd order again for local unobtainium in a heartbeat.

Fortnine FYI - Getting refunds on returns is taking longer, much longer. Returns on damaged items even longer. I might have to wait a month to get my refund. Quick and Easy doesn't refer to getting your money back!

Guess it's random...I returned a few items July 7 had a refund on the 15th, despite their message it could take 3 weeks.

Ordered some tools, was here the next day(with canada post)

Having problems with F9 the last few orders. They replied in an email that their products that state "in stock ships the same day" are the ones that arrive super fast...so those are the products that I looked for only to find out they have no stock when stock is indicated. Wonder what's going on with the company?

Hubby ordered a new windscreen for his bike and I ordered armored riding leggings...they took about a week to arrive...we weren't in any rush so delivery time was fine...both fit great...

Part I want seems to be backordered/out of stock everywhere including FortNine.
Place I ordered it from, seems to think November.

Having worked in the moto parts industry for a few months now, I see it happen all the time. Could be a dropship order that relied on erroneous inventory data. It's a bit chaotic out there right now.

Parts Canada is a mess.
What used to get shipped to dealers for next day delivery sometimes takes 4-5 days (and has since the onset of Covid).
They claim lack of warehouse staff.

They've been pretty good to me so far, but yeah some backordered stuff just gets pushed back and back again. I need more helmets, dammit.

I ordered chains the end of September (on booking) for my buddy's shop.
Still no show - backorder pushed back to the end of June...

Just noticed that GP Bikes shows a couple of parts that I had on order and paid for as low volume and not out of stock. I'll have to have a chat with them tomorrow.

Found out that Ottawa Goodtime Centre had the wrong phone number for me. I had called them a couple of days after the part was expected to arrive, and they gave me a "don't call us, we'll call you", so I waited an extra 4 or 5 weeks. Some parts are like hen's teeth though.

Edit: I just got off the phone with GP. They had it down as an installation, since I had gotten the other part installed, and they're still one part short.
I can pick what's there up anytime.

I've never ordered anything online from The Bay until yesterday.
They delivered at 12:30 this afternoon.
Crazy fast.
