Frankie, your mailbox is full - I can't respond to your PM.

FYI your camera looks a lot like mine, except mine doesn't have all that dirt over it. Is that the latest model? :p

He's got the new Desert Camo model. :D

As far as cold at night.... ya man, in the middle of summer in Colorado at 14,000 feet near Dotsero... a bit arid, not desert. It was hotter than hell during the day and at night I FROZE MY *** OFF!!!!! I wrapped a towel around my head had pants on etc.... my sleeping bag was rated for 5C and it was the COLDEST night I ever had. I barely got any sleep as a result of being cold.

PM Box emptied. My camo camera is awesome. It even comes with a non-functioning lens

Google Latitude does it on any smart phone, but it's not the same thing as Spot because it doesn't work where there's no cell phone coverage and requires a data plan. You can use it through wi-fi, but that gives you even less coverage than cell network does.

Roaming Data at $50/MB that fido charges is not appealing enough to me :P

Do you have bit of a buffer in your budget for extra expenses? Speeding ticket, new camera, etc.

Holly crap dude what happened? BTW, you can probably take stills with your GoPro... although the Iphone might be better.

Bike is undamaged for the most part. Frame slider took most of the damage. But somehow something crashed my tail section and the tail light is all melted. I'll post pics later, it looks kind of funky.

The pull out point had a drop of about 6 inches between the gravel and road. The tire must have locked while jumping off of it and when the tire turned and locked, I grabbed a fist full of throttle and it spun around.

Anyways, I gotta get out of here because my host is leaving. Hope to make it to revrandys house tonight.

This is one fine thread.

Sweet. Definately my kind of touring thread. Sorry you binned it at the end there at least from the video it didn't look very fast.

Just spent an hour of my employers time reading the thread, time well spent.
