i remember about a decade ago i was doing condo security and the resident with the biggest attitude came home one day in a brand new Mercedes C300. She was making a big deal of pulling up to the front door, slowly unpacking it, standing back and admiring it and then flashing the key fob in the lobby to anyone who'd look her way. the other guard and i kept straight faces and then as soon as she went upstairs we looked at each other and rolled our eyes and had a good chuckle.

I've always wanted to meet a girl like that, flaunt my Mercedes key fob as well, make some small talk about how we both seem to enjoy dabbing in a bit of luxury, set a date, and pick her up in my Metris cargo van.
