Rotella syn T6 29 bucks for 5 litres
Tighten your oil filter by hand, no need for a tool, you can get it at CT for 9 bucks.

It will cost you about 24 bucks for oil change.

Regular Rotella T (15-40) on sale at Tractor Supply this week for 14.95 ....5 litres. As for the 250 ZZR burning oil that is BS. You my friend must have a problem with your bike. I have a model H 2001 and there is never a issue with a loss of oil between the season oil changes. By the way I actually use Rotella T6 and cheap Fram 6012 cartridge filters that c/w 2 O rings!

no need torque wrench
use whatever oil recommended by your manual
use OEM air filter

easy as hell.

you also need oil pan and a funnel, maybe a rag to wipe off any excess.
