Hello everyone,
well as of a month ago i finally bought my first bike. Yes it was late in the year and really only had a few rides in. But i found a great deal on a 2000 GSXR.
i have been looking to get a bike for years. Just always had something that got in the way. Finally i booked a spot with CMA committed with my pay, and went through the steps to get my M2.
Im in the Hamilton area, i see alot of riders around here on the top of the mountain. Any on here?
Looking forward to getting around the site and meeting some guys and getting out for some rides.

Welcome!!

I'm right around the corner (figuratively) from you. I'm in Mount Hope.
Welcome Welcome!

There are some great rides in the area.
Ridge road from Centennial Parkway to Beamsville.

Head down to Caledonia and take the Southern/West side of the Grand River road all the way to Dunnville. Then back along the North shore
of Lake Erie to Nanticoke

The Niagara Parkway from Niagara on the Lake to Fort Erie. From there back along the Welland River and Chippewa Creek

Port Dover is close by and if you head west a short way try Front Road to Long Point

Here's another nice route from Hamilton through Dundas up to Waterdown back to the Northshore
then return to York Blvd.

No problem, these are some of my favorite routes, especially the Niagara loop. You can easily make it into an entire day trip. I'm still hoping for some sunny days before winter settles in.

As for the route to nanticoke, once you hit stelco make a left down riverside drive, and follow that / New Lakeshore to Port Dover. Never ridden a bike down there, but being from Nanticoke I travelled that route to Dover all the time, and it was always fun in a car, I imagine it would be 100x better on a bike
