Fight Ticket?

Went to pick up disclosure. Same not typed up short hand eligible notes from before that I already picked up. Lady at desk tries to tell me they won't type it up since its clear, which its not. Also short hand without explanation. No manual either. I didn't pick it up or sign anything. What should I do? Thanks.

Should have picked it up so that you had something to demonstrate that the disclosure wasn't as requested, when you go to court.
 
Picked it up. Lady tried to trick me and tell me I didn't need any of what I asked for. Will re submit disclosure and go to court and ask for adjournment. Then will file for 11b speedy trial. Does that sound right? Thanks.

Cop withdrew the charges.

Prosecutor was very angry about my request for disclosure. Says they don't have to give me all that. Says officer can clarify on the spot and I can ask for adjournment. They basically try to bait me to be satisfied with disclosure and give me adjournment anyway (this way I can't get 11B). I did go through and have the officer explain the notes just to be curious but at the end I told her I still needed other information and am not satisfied. I was very polite with the office the entire time we talked about it and she decided she didn't want to/did not have enough evidence to proceed against me. She made several mistakes in the disclosure. The biggest error was she wrote in her notes she calibrated her gun at 3PM and my ticket was for 930PM. The fact was she pulled me over 930AM. So the notes shows her calibrating her gun AFTER she pulled me over. She decided to just throw the case out.

The biggest taker from this is dont let the prosecutor/officer into bullying you to clarify the disclosure on the spot. Tell them they can do this on their own time and you have ever write to have full disclosure done on THEIR time. Otherwise if they do it for you right before your trial, you CANT get 11b because you are delaying the case on YOUR own fault. They will give you adjournment to trick you but they need to give you adjournment on THEIR fault of not providing full disclosure in time. And, ALWAYS be polite.
