Not sure but they're less than 2" higher than your stock bars.

Do they fit without mods to the fairing?

My F4 is lowered and the only clearance issues I have come across was loading unloading in on the back of a pick up. Fro mods I would say windscreen but I personally wouldnt go cheap again as the fitment isn't all that great . frame slidders no cut ones that if long enough u can stretch your legs out and set your legs on them. If u want visual mods I would say integrated tail lite flush mounts up front fender eliminator and an undertail ( I got one of ebay out of Toronto for cheap and it fits nice. Also on your bike are the clip ons under the triple clamp or above it ? If they are under u might be able to save some$ by just putting them on top of your triple like the F4.

frame slidders no cut ones that if long enough u can stretch your legs out and set your legs on them.

I would say stay away from No-cut frame sliders on these bikes as if you do have to use them, they can cause serious engine damage due to their location.
I know someone who had a stand still tip over and had major engine damage because of these.

I highly recommend convertibars, they are a great addition, and the quick adjustments make it very easy to go back and forth.
