I've pretty much always bought black bikes. That being said, I love this purple and yellow 1997 CBR600F3.

Love high vis colors. For safety as well. So never thought about buying a black or blue..
White or red ... at first look I didn't like Ice Fluo (red rim and grey) for Yamaha MT-03.... then I grew on it every time I look at it..... then.... I bought it.

I like the Honda racing colours but my old matt black/grey Triumph Tiger 1050 SE was a nice colour scheme

And invisible in the fog. My grey Burgman 650 complete with my black helmet, grey/black gear combined to make me a ghost at night in the fog ....and even in the daytime. I switched to an intense yellow rain jacket and helmet.

While I'm not riding at night any more ...I prefer a bike and gear that stands out a bit in traffic.
I recall seeing buddy's electric yellow helmet bobbing along above the traffic and was impressed how it was eye catching.
