As I have not seen a news followup on the accident since originally reported last week I was still holding out that it was not WaterlooJay. Unfortunately, it has been confirmed it was Jay. The funeral is August 7.

Jay's wife would love to see a "ride-by" at her home on Saturday at 5:00 (Aug 7 after the funeral) and we are presently looking at meeting in Elmira at 4:30, more details shortly. All, whether you knew Jay or not will be welcome to show support of our fallen friend. Jay was a huge presence in the motorcycle community in Ontario for many years and one awesome guy.
