Failure to Obey Sign Ticket. Worth fighting?

I was in the same boat - couldn't see it and it was driving me crazy. Thanks for the assist guys.

This is bugging me. I STILL don't see the sign in ANY of the above photos. Someone take the graphic and circle where the sign is.

Lol it felt like I was playing "Wheres Waldo?" and we seem to have failed.

I agree - there's no way that's visible at the angle you would be approaching down the driveway. I bet it's a reminder to trucks coming away from those doors.
The indication on the ticket is that it's an HTA offence - what's the location?
I think the private property angle is the best one. If a collision occurred, it may be a determining factor with respect to fault, and I was knowingly going the opposite way to the sign I would certainly yield, but I think that sign is just a suggestion, legally.

By the way, I don't think I saw this anywhere in the thread - Failure to Obey is 3 points I believe. That's always worth fighting.

Thanks everyone for your input. I think its worth fighting. We'll see what happens.

But couple questions though.

Can I represent my wife? and if so do we both have to be there? (my wife isn't comfortable fighting this. and we can't both take a day off work to fight it.).
If the above can't work can anyone recommend a service to fight for this ticket?

You can represent her and she doesn't need to appear as far as I know. If she has representation she definitely doesn't need to go.

Redline is probably one of the best out there. If they're too expensive for your liking I know an excellent guy that managed to make my 49 over ticket go away.
