Every Thursday Group ride. Steels and finacial dr Mississauga

Pretty good ride. First one with this group this season. Last year I came out on this ride but was on my 250R and still enjoyed myself. Now that I have a bigger toy it was even more enjoyable.

Pretty sick route. I finally went on snake road for the first time. I left at about 9pm got lost somewhere in cambridge then had to detour back to Hamilton back to Brampton. Not having a GPS sucks. I was so fustrated lol.
 
I do not think that I will be leading any rides this week.
Some of you may have heard about the rider who was air lifted out of Old School Road.
The rider was one of our own. It was Laurence Quinn.
He is in serious condition at Sunnybrook hospital.
Unless something drastically changes, I can't see myself riding this week.

wow... is that out in Milton? I was there the other night... however my best wisehes on a recovery
 
I'm in this week, probably on the little bike. The last Thursday ride on the FZR resulted in a punctured front tire, and I haven't had time to look at it!

There's no way I'm going to get to Sunnybrook any time this week, so send Laurence best wishes on his recovery.
 
How are these rides for a 250? i dont mind being at the back and taking it easy but the only question i would have is - will u wait for me after u do ur twists or would I be a cockblocker? :)
 
If you don't have much experience I strongly recommend you don't come As a matter of fact. We don't want in-experienced riders at all.

if Brian is leading with the 125... you should be able to catch up, lol

If you aren't sure if you can keep up then don't go and the post about brian leading with the 125 wasn't to make you think that it'll be an easy and relaxed ride

if you can't let em hang, don't go on this ride.....like low rider says "As a matter of fact. We don't want in-experienced riders at all."


There are TONS of other GTAM group rides, t hat are more relaxed....
 
Had to bail out at the beginning, realized I lost little (foot long) fairing from the side of my tank. Perhaps someone saw it flying off? Blue r6 (3rd bike)...Still recreating my way to the ride, maybe I lost it on the way there.

EDIT;
Found it this am.. was in the grass just before we made left turn from heritage rd... can't believe no one saw it flying off. lol

I am probably out this week. Race weekend, WAY too many overtime work projects that need to get finished, WAY too many things to do before the weekend. And it's going to be too darn hot.
 
I may be in tomorrow.
I'm not sure.
I may go see Laurence in the hospital in stead.

I was thinking of it, but then considering that in several months we will be complaining that it's too cold ..... I always take the heat over the cold.

What I mean is ..... common out Brian. No excuses ... LOL
 
How's Laurence ??? Will he have full recovery ???
