Every Thursday Group ride. Steels and finacial dr Mississauga

I was riding home from work and the sky looked like the ship in Independence day LOL I missed it thank god.
 
Ya i didn't get off work til 7:30pm then i had to drive home in Toronto traffic. I wasn't to upset after seeing the weather when i got outside. Maybe next week will be better and hopefully i have Thursday off.
 
Got as far as Sheridan College before it hit. Sat there for a while hoping it would stop, but no luck. Road back home in the rain. :(
 
I made it there, coming home from work. Got hit with some light rain a couple of kms before the meeting spot. As I was fueling it came down like crazy!
Spent the next 1.5 hrs there waiting for things to dry up, (left the bike under the overhang). It was nice to sit back and read the paper ...then headed out to Burito Boys for a HOT one.
Hopeully we can do it next week

ya....no surprise with that weather.

Chatted with a couple of girls who had a wipe out on side rd 5 with their cage...they pulled in and had part of someones front lawn jammed into their under engine area ! Poor cage was running rough, leaking coolant, and sufferin from impact!!!
Driver said she took a corner at too high of speed!
Property owner said ...seen this a few times (according to driver)!
 
Once again, Thursday's forecast is not good! We will see how it works out tomorrow.

....finally when I fixed bike .... Is rainig :(
 
i just started riding,
Is this ride still going ever week,
and is there a groupe that dosent have a crazy fast pace.

(i dont feel like reading all of the posts since 2008)
