Get a dirt bike and learn how to ride it. On the street, +130kph on a sport bike is boring and dangerous. You spend all your time trying to avoid the cops for a few nice turns.
In the dirt if you can ride 30kph on a tight trail, you are better than most pros. You can spend all your time and energy trying to ride as fast as you can, without worrying about killing yourself or ending up in jail. On a good trail ride you might do hundreds of turns, on different trails in different conditions all in the same day. If you are up for it, dirt riding will consistently push your skill levels.
If you are into technical riding, dirt riding NEVER gets boring.
