Enamel paint spill

Don't want to damage the finish on the black engine cover. What to use to get the enamel off? Varsol? Brake clean?

That would be tough. The Ruckus hasn't left the garage in a year. 65km on it. Lol
My only reason for saying let it erode, is anything you use to remove it might well leave it looking like a dull look
 
Plastic scrapper?
My thoughts as well.

Maybe try Goof Off in an inconspicuous area first to see how the finish holds up to it before applying and quickly wiping it off.

Apply using a cotton swab to limit exposure...
 
Second Varsol. It's the weakest of solvents. You could wash your car with it.

OK, I actually googled ruckus side view to figure it out (but never thought kicker). It's on the shifty side but too far back.
