Toronto as I remember it anything that is visible or not bolted down is gone unless it looks intimidating to ride or pick up,
and E-bikes are chock full of expensive batteries aren't they? My buddy had to buy batteries for his kids Oset, the batteries can be crazy expensive, I'd be worried about that part. If you can put theft on it and still no plate and liability I might try that for a while to see if anybody does thieve e-bikes.
