I had custom ones made by Toronto Audiology Associates following my hearing tests there. Price was over $100 IIRC but my health plan at work covered the whole cost. They are silicone material and each plug has a small channel drilled through to allow for equalized air pressure. This stops that plugged ear feeling and also permits certain frequencies through while suppressing other dangerous ones.
