DUI Charge and Bike Insurance?

You will have to rewrite your M1 in 2014/15 as It will be more then a year since you held it. I have had to do this numerous times because I would only get my M1 for the summer in the past and was to lazy/busy to get my M2. I got my M1 8 times before I finally decided to get my M2.

Sorry to hear man, a ****** deal! Did you try talking to the current insurer that you're with? At this point it just might be worth it to just lay off for a while or if you really want to be on the bike, do the trail or track option that others have recommended.

Yea after all this I think I will be buying a bike before spring and take it to racing lessons and track days, then end up putting it on the road the following year.

Hey wait a sec, you got pulled over and busted in a Tim Hortons drive-through? That's not a public road, it's private property. Do the cops have jurisdiction there? Did you even fight the charge? It's not like you were weaving on a residential street.

Impaired and over 80 are criminal charges. It doesn't matter whether you were driving on a highway or not. Same goes for snowmobiles or boats.
