Last season, I just put fuel stab in my GS500 let it run for about 10 min. No problems starting it up.
Used fuel stab on my 15 year old gas mover and weed wipper. After sitting for 5 months starts up no problems.
Also important in starting up you bike in the spring is keeping your battery charged up. I hook mine up to a battery tender jr. Always starts up on the first try.
This season I plan to ride as long as the roads are dry, therefore no need to winterize. In additon to my preride checks, will wash the bike often to get rid of the road salt and keep the battery charged up.
