My office is in the Queen and John area of Toronto and I'm thinking of occasionally riding to work. I know I can use a parking lot, but I'm wondering if I can take advantage of parking for free with the motorcycle. Here's my question: are there spots where motorcyclists tend to park their bikes near there? I feel like there's some safety in numbers - someone in a car is less likely to back into my bike while parallel parking if it's not the only one there.

Simcoe/king always has tons of bikes on nice days. There may be one even closer to you.
i used to work at adelaide / spadina (which is about maybe 5-10 min walk from your office) and rode my bike every day to work when i could.
i'd park on camden street along with a few other riders in my office.
now with all of the construction and new builds, a whole bunch of street parking spots are now gone. not sure what its like now.
