Does anyone go to Premier Fitness? Ive been scammed in the past, Dont go there

I tried to cancel the membership without 10 days grace period (infact the very next day), they told me they cancelled the membership, I check my account and they kept taking money. Bank teller told me to cancel my the account as these premier fitness guys have a really bad record. Anyways So I cancelled the account and now Premier fitness keeps calling me how I owe them money. I have the cancellation paper with General Manager Steve (dixie-dundas) signature, When I showed it to him, he said its not my signature and the final decision is always made by the president of the company. I know tons of people are in the same boat as me. Infact, Some news channel had a one hour documentary on these crooks.

Btw, that steve guy is a crook, not only he scams people, he also does illegal stuff like fake signatures etc. Do you guys know any lawyer or someone I can take help?

Ive googled it, there are tons of stories but not a single person who resolved this issue. There are some soft people who just paid them. I am not gonna pay them because I dont back down from my principals and stance
 
They did that to me when I cancelled with them. I told them to do whatever they want, and I'd see them in court with my lawyer and others who might be interested in joining. They haven't called or done anything since.

BTW. I always tell them to use my credit card to take out money and not my account because I can always cancel a credit card easier than my bank account.

Well I was with TD and they gave me a suggestion of cancelling the account which I did.
 
i am with premier, but i paid Groupon and got 3months for $40 bucks :P
its stuff like this that makes me always pay cash.
 
Premier is notorious for this.

First; that's my gym.....you've probably seen me (or one of my bikes) around.

Second: THe owner of Premier, Cardillo is a huge kawk and a scammer. Many people want to kick his ***. Hold on to the document you have, if they ever take you to court, you have proof, if they threaten to sue or report you to collections threaten to sue them yourself. Problem solved.

There was an entire documentary recorded about Premier and some of their shady dealings.....sadly I'm still a member there but I watch my bank account like a hawk for double withdrawals etc.

My bike is busted right now and I'm faaaar too busy to fix it lately... I ride a red Daytona and used to ride a matt-black Monster S2R 800 which I sold to my buddy who ALSO goes to that gym (or went....he pretty much quit the gym the last 3-4 months). I've riden my sis old *** blue 500R to the gym a few times lately though. The green ZX6R is not mine.....nice bike though.

.... just look for the leanest guy in the entire gym..........that's me ;)

i couldnt really find an available bench and all the weights i wanted were being used, but luckily nobody seems to work their legs there so i did that instead lol
 
I got taken by Gold's gym back in the late 80's.

Best excuse ever for being fat.....:)
 
bro , they only scammed you cause u ride a ninja 250r, they saw the girly bike and thought u were an easy target. If you would have ridden a 1000cc bike, they would thrown out the red carpet for you. See thats what happens if you ride a 250........

for those that dont get this, look back at the OP's post over the last 2 days, it will make sense

I think I know who this is now. LOL

About a year back I was at the gym with my buddy (who bought the Monster from me) and I started talking to this one dude. I mentioned having a bike and he said he used to have a bike too. It was an R1 but "had a Ducati engine swapped in". Me and my buddy were like uhhhuhh, yeah sure, sounds interesting. Than when he walked off we were both laughing our ***** of about how this guy thinks we're morons and is clearly talking out of his ***.............I bet this is him. Actually kind of serious.

Have a friend go in for you and do the same thing. Have him secretly record him signing the docs cancelling and then if he goes "not my signature" then sue his *** of. Report him and his entire operation to the police, their banks and have his *** thrown in jail!

Leopard. Spots. I was a member of Johnny boy's first gym in Niagara Falls back in the early 80s. He was a sleazebag scammer back then. His business partner/first wife was really nice. Divorcing him was an up move.
