No, the humor of the Buttholes Surfers is not exactly erudite or PC, even though with their new album, Independent Worm Saloon, they are now on a major label (Capitol), with production by Led Zeppelin's John Paul Jones, (who, incidentally is not a lesbian). When I was a curious teen I saw this stuff on the web... Good thing because it desensitized me a little. Now it's a part of my job to see and deal with injuries this bad... So I'm pretty desensitized to seeing it on a screen in 2 pixel video.
Was basically split in half with a full fracture around the outside border of the face that allowed it to open up like a face hugger.were did his face go?

Looks to me like the pressure fell thru the frontal sutures (joints) in the skull. A longitudinal crack.
For those of u with no medical experience. If u look at the skull carefully, u'll see why that is so feasible
Unfortunately I don't think there's any danger of any Butthole Surfer live shows anytime soon.. At least around these parts.

Even if they could patch him up, they would require a whole team of specialist. Since the head has several organs like nose, eyes and brain. It would not be a case of just stapling him up.
I'm really curious as to how they would approach that if they were to even try
