Voted by mail from site. I’d like to hope my ballot gets to Ottawa by noon today....doubtful as it left BC on Friday. $22 priority mail damnit!

Really? It has to get to Ottawa? That's dumb. There really should be a system where it can be counted at a much more local centre and then entered into the tally (eg maybe one per province or one even better per electoral district). Obviously, each electoral district has trusted staff that are considered competent to count votes, all they need to add is the layer that allows them to securely communicate the votes counted to the appropriate district.

Voted to hang on to my MRR11.6 this morning.
Username checks out.

So i went around 1PM, took me less time to vote than it takes to fill up my motorcycle's gas tank.

1) Liberal: Dig the hole deeper while singing jaunty Canadian songs. I'm a lumberjack and that's OK.....

2) Conservatives: Fill the hole by digging a new one next to it. All work done by large greedy contractors using pollution spewing equipment.

3) NDP: Existing hole enlarged to accommodate numerous special interest groups. All work done by organized labour, Workers Union of Pit Excavators WUPE.

4) Green: The hole will be made prettier and all excavation work will be done by ecologically trained marmots.

I went with the marmots.

dont't forget, they'll plant stuff in the hole to give the illusion that the hole is filled

I'm holding my nose and voting in spite of the fact I don't feel there's a viable choice. Thousands of Canadians gave their lives in two world wars to preserve our freedoms and right to vote. Can't understand someone not exercising that right  Complete slap in the face to our fallen veterans (IMO).

Yes it's pretty stupid, considering there's an Elections Canada office in the town we stage at. It was too far too walk and by the time I found out the bus was arriving to take us to site.
I'd like to hope that it makes it on time...

Yup... Voted at about 10:00 and then went to the range with a couple of AR15's to do some shootin' before the @#%*!%$ LIEBERALS confiscate... STEAL them from me,

Went with my daughter at around 11AM. It was the first time she's voted and I think she just wanted to be nondesript about it, but do her piece.

Had to laugh when the lady at the polling station asked her if it was her first time, she sheepishly said "Yes", and then the lady stood up and yelled at the top of her lungs "FIRST TIME VOTER RIGHT HERE, YAAAAAAYYYYY!!!!" and everyone else at all the other polling stations (and the volunteers) applauded.

I think she wanted to crawl into her sweatshirt and die LOL.
