You know, they still show that on channel 7. Dina (Deena?) is a bit insufferable at times, though. Miles better than anyone on CP24, mind you, but she says some stuff that makes me cringe.

CP24 is absolutely horrible, lowering the standard for news reporting to the sensationalist leve that you see in the US.

True story. I work at Canada Post but in a different union than CUPW. Last Wednesday, I left the office and when I got back the picketers wouldn't let me. The problem I had was my riding equipment was in the office. So, I was prevented from entering the building since CUPW decided that if they were going to be locked out they would lock everybody in. Then, a bunch of management types came out of the building which caused the picketers to chase after them. At this point, Cam Wooley from CP24 comes over to me and says "Now's your chance to run across the line, they probably won't be able to catch you since they are focused on management right now". He tells his camera guy to get ready and waits to see if I'll run the line.

Total d**ches. If there isn't anything interesting to report, they'll just fabricate something.

Hahahah, yeh. I love it when they are reporting about entertainment with Steve and another girl, and Steve will just be bumped out of the conversation. Sooo friggin weird, lol. He's like a 3rd wheel sometimes.
