defective tire? flat spots...

Bike was feeling sketchy whenever I turned right. Checked my tire this morning and saw this:

The odd chicken strips show the parts of the tire that had dents (flat spots?) in it.
It's only on the right side of my tire. Is this the reason why I feel so much more confident turning left because the left side of the tire was fine.
Should I be worried?

These are bridgestone 015. on a '07 Kawasaki ZX-6R

How old is the tire? if its the original tire from 07 or possibly 06 just replace it. Tires are cheaper then body work or broken bones

Just cover your bike with various amounts of stickers .. and carry on. Plus it will be faster!
