according to the MCN article, seems like they just announced two new 'special editions' (colours) and that theyve hired staff from Alta motors and taken some patents from Mission motors.

It sounds to me like they are missing the mark here. From what I have seen, they are like Tesla with some really cool tech. They should be licensing that tech to companies that already make and distribute bikes. It's fun to make your own but I'm not sure it will be a viable business.

Seems very buzz-wordy to me. "Disruptive automotive technology"? "Paradigm shift"? Really?

I am not a luddite, I have experience in self-driving car software architecture, and believe self-driving cars are safer and the inevitable future. Also I believe electric vehicles will be the future but.......... come on. "AI data analysis to improve every ride"? What does that even mean? "Scans the road and alerts you to danger"? Like they reinvented the blind spot detector?

Seems to me like they are marketing themselves as Tesla, like GreyGhost says. But they don't have Elon, and Tesla without Elon would have been 6 ft under a long long time ago

Maybe social distancing has me cranky. or maybe I am a luddite when it comes to motorcycles...
