Had my Ossa's nikasil cylinder redone by this Quebec company.Cylinder looks better than new.Prompt friendly communication dealing with the clearances needed.$300 is better than a new cylinder for sure.I sent them the new piston and buggered cylinder and they came back in 3 weeks. http://www.cvtech-aab.com/en/

nice i was thinking of using these guys but i wasn't sure as i haven't heard anything about them, is that a nikasil coating?

Just an FYI, you may need to have that intake bridge relieved. The thinner bridges will heat up and expand back into the piston. Having someone that knows if and how to relieve the bridge is well looking into. It appears to be an intake bridge which may not be as critical. I know my experience with this company and exhaust bridges it is a must.
