I ordered a couple of pairs of gloves at the last 50% off sale. Unlike my previous orders, it didn't ship right away. I figured it may have been an issue due to the huge number of orders I expect they received. I sent them a message a couple of weeks ago and there was an issue with one of the pairs of gloves being out of stock. They called me a couple of times and I had to choose another pair, but after that, it shipped right away and I got the gloves. I'm looking forward to the next big sale.

Maybe want to change the thumbs down sign since the company is obviously trying to make good. For my orders some took a long time to come in but I got everything in the end. They also let me exchange some boots when I strictly shouldn't have been able to. Will order again. The deals they have are great.
